See PCP first.: You're not "other people" so don't worry too much. Sounds like you are a bit shy and nervous and sweating is symptom of social anxiety. Yes: If by hypokpp you mean hypokakemic periodic paralysis then yes. The muscle cells lose potassium (k) and cannot contract causing weakness. Hard to increase heart rate.
