Most likely no.: When it comes to spinal deformities like kyphosis and scoliosis, the spine usually does not return to a "normal" shape with exercise/bracing/chiropractic manipulation. No but: You can ask your doctor to give your something (antihistamine nasal spray ?) to decongest your nose or try breathright strip to keep your nose open while doing the drainage. Be sure that your aiming your Nasonex towards the outside direction of the nasal cavity and not the center. ...Read more

No: Pots cannot give you angina. To get angina, you have to have narrowed or blocked coronary arteries. That's unheard of at your age unless you use Cocaine or are diabetic (and then it's very rare). If you have abnormal cas, pots can exacerbate the supply/demand balance by making your heart beat faster (which increases demand). Your exertional pain is likely muscular. ...Read more
