Swallow Ear Pop
Every time I swallow my ears pop. Headache on right side. Had this for about 6 months now. What could this be? Sinus cr scan clear
A ct of sinuses might miss swelling of the eustachian tube -eto- if they are not specifically looking for this.
Ask your doctor about using nasal sprays so that they go to the eustachian tube. Headache might be due to this

Every time I swallow, my ears pop, have post nasal drip, one side of face feels funny, have off balance feeling, happening 1 month now, any suggests?
Ear pop when swallowing because there are muscles in your mouth and ear that opens the eustachian tube (tube between ear and nose) causing decompression in the ear (diver do this to decompress the ear: swallowing. Also when landing on airplane I do this to decompress my ears).
You may have labyrintitis (unsteadiness due to congestion); allergies, cold are common causess. See md. ...Read more

My upper throat hurts when I swallow and I think my throat isn't swollen and my throat is not all white it hurts when I swallow and my ears pop too when I take asprin it eases the pain but it wears off and wakes me up at night and hurts as well
Hello.: Hello. I can't diagnose your symptoms. However you may have congestion causing your eustachian tube to dysfunction. The eustacian tube drains fluids and pressure from the inside of the ear into the throat. Too much congestion can create pressure against the tube, so that it shuts off. In your case, your tubes may only be partially closed off, so that that things like swallowing, opening your mouth or yawning may open it up. You can take oral decongestants for this and/or consider using a nasal spray like advil (not to be used more than twice a day for a maximum of 3 to 5 days). ...Read more

I have a really sore throat, it hurts like crazy to swallow, ear's hurt and cannot pop, one side of my throat is bigger, hurts to eat and drink.
Dr. Can check throat: New throat pain can be from a strep throat infection (antibiotics are needed), a cold or influenza (antibiotics usually not used), or from some other cause such as allergies or irritants. Usually, a person sees the doctor if the sore throat is bothersome, recurrent, or doesn't go away quickly (mainly to check for strep throat). Throat lozenges and Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin can help decrease throat pain. ...Read more

I have otitis media with effusion and my ears have been slightly popping all morning when swallowing, is this good or bad?
Likely improving: Eustachian tube allows middle ear mucous to drain into the throat & air to circulate behind the ear drum. As the infection begins to clear, you will often have periods when the tube opens for a period letting air in (popping) or periods where it is still full of fluid or closed. I see the feature as a sign things are improving. ...Read more

Try nose spray: You may want to try a nasal decongestant like afrin or neosynephrine for 3 days as directed. Eustachian tube: This is normal for post-nasal drip. Your ear canal is connected to the upper sinus cavities through something called the Eustachian tube. Tmj vs etd: Crackling sounds in the ear can either be related to problems with the jaw joint or tmj, problems with the eustachian tube or etd or tinnitus. A way to tell is to open and close the jaw with a finger placed in the TMJ socket which is roughly the pocket created when one opens the mouth and places a finger directly in front of the ear canal right at the level of the sideburns. Deafness unlikely. ...Read more
