Unlikely: Progesterone treatment can be preventing your menstrual flow from coming on. Repeat pregnancy test and ask your doctor when you should stop the progesterone. The cervix can be shortened, maybe that's what you are referring to? If so, then some women with shortened cervix go all the way to term.
