Decreasing 500cal/day will give you a 1lb wt loss in 1wk; drink water (1/2 your body weight), eat small meals about 150-200cal 2-4x/ (depending on your metabolism rate) and 500cal/meal at night: lean protein/veggies; avoid carbs, .

High weight low reps: First of all, always perform slow movements and keep your form strict. Higher weights to allow only six to eight reps per set will stimulate muscle growth. Three or four sets each of three exercises per muscle group. Work each muscle group once weekly.
Calories + protein: The addition of calorie dense foods such as nuts, whole grain pastas, raisins, whole milk, pure fruit juices, butter, avocado, and complex carbohydrates is a healthy way to add more calories to your diet. Lean proteins are also important. Exercising to build muscle mass will increase weight and metabolism, and improve overall mood and health. Good luck!

Eat at least 1 yolk for every 2 whites.

Especially today when we have little control over our mentally-ill citizens and cultists, the dangerous ones can kill many folks easily. You'll need to decide -- birth control, concealed-carry, rebuilding mental hospitals, or all of the above.

Calculate protein: According to “Today’s Dietitian, ” young athletes may require 1.0 to 1.5 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight per day, or about 0.45 to 0.68 grams of protein per pound of body weight per day. For example, a 125-pound, 15-year-old male athlete may require 56 to 85 grams of protein per day, depending on the duration and intensity of his physical activity. Increase overall caloric intake also
Supplement wise: There is no one right answer. The caloric intake required for you to gain weight is dependent on how active you are (as in how many calories you are burning). To gain muscle mass you need to take in more calories than you burn and have a positive nitrogen balance (to promote muscle building).
Is it better to try putting some lean mass than to try losing fat if I'm at a normal weight and I'm a teen?
Some lean mass: If muscles are used repeatedly until they tire, but are not injured, then they will grow bigger and stronger. If one does not eat or drink more calories than he uses during exercise, then his body will burn up fat for fuel. However, if he drinks a big orange juice (about 300 calories) while exercising, and exercises away only 200 calories, he will still get chubbier even though he is exercising.
