I recently found out i'm overweight. I read online that the fat pad above my penis will go away with age. Is this true? If not, then, what can I do?

Sure not helping: Hi. Soda pop is poison. If you are able to stop, I would wholeheartedly encourage you to. But obesity is far more complex than just drinking soda. You're fine!: 127 pounds is an ok weight for you! if you were an adult, we might say ideal weight for a 5'5" male would be closer to 135 to 140 pounds, but you are in a state of growth/transition. I don't really know what you mean by "skinny fat" though. No quick answer here: Your best weight loss efforts are likely to come from eating healthy, low-fat, high fiber foods and increasing your activity. Weight loss efforts are much more likely to succeed if you are active - and even walking counts! have vegetables (no potatoes) for half of your dinner plate.
