Full of stool: Sounds like you are constipated and your intestines are full of stool. This is causing the nausea. You could try using an enema to get the hard stool out that is plugging everything up. Once cleaned out, you need more fiber in your diet in general to prevent this from happening again. Eat 5+ fruits/veg daily. Eliminate cheese. Try metamucil powder every AM. Try docusate stool softeners at bedtime. ...Read more
