Need more info: What type of pills? Unless you have bad reaction to the pills, you should continue taking those. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex.

The RBC can be increased using erythropoietin and the WBC by adding Neupogen but if chemo high the drugs may only moderate extent of fall. Otherwise they can help restore marrow replacement of WBC and RBC.

Low blood count: What is your Hemoglobin? You should have at least 4.5 million cell/ml of blood, so 135 million cell/ml is too low. Provide us with the whole CBC count.
