Can you say if it could it cause frequent urination if I don't shake the dribbles off after I pee?
Post Void Dribbling:
Post void dribbling (pvd) results from incomplete contraction of the muscles around the urethra (urine channel). This results in urine that, with movement, can leak out.
This leakage is not an indication of overactive bladder and will not lead to frequency of urination.
With a kegel squeeze leftover urine can be passed. Milking the urethra from behind the scrotum forward can also expel it. ...Read more

Not likely but...: Not a reported side effect. If I should speculate, it causes blood vessels to dilate which may increase blood flow to the kidneys and perhaps increase urination. I would first look for other causes. Only if okay with your doctor, you could stop this medication for a few days and see if this problem resolves (if all else fails and this is a considerable problem for you). ...Read more
Yes, but...: Some topical irritation and frequent voiding after prostate milking / massage may happen, but usually resolve back to where you're in 1-3 days.
