Yes: Those little guys can sneak out even without ejaculation and it only takes one. Granted, odds lower and with your pcos you don't ovulate regularly which reduces chances of pregnancy, but all it takes is one egg and one sperm. If you don't want pregnancy, don't play roulette that these things in combo somehow constitute birth control. ...Read more

Not sure: 33 mm is normal for ovaries if you have PCO you need to have 4 regular periods a year to keep healthy. spotting may mean nothing, but do a preg test and if negative make sure your doc helps you have a period every few months ...Read more
