No: At 17 most females have finished linear growth and their growth centers will close. If you entered puberty along with your age group you are likely done and no supplements will do anything for you. An x-ray of your wrist and hand can be studied for bone maturity. If more like a 14 year old you would have growth potential, if consistent with 17 you are done. ...Read more
Not possible: If your height has been the same for the past 2 years, which usually happens at the end of puberty and usually well before age 20, the growth plates in your bones have fused and it is not possible to gain height anymore. Having short stature in a culture that thinks big is better can be hard, but find ways of focusing on your other assets and your personality. Depressed? Please see counselor. ...Read more
Platform shoes: At a listed age of 37, there is no way to "grow" taller. The growth centers that determine linear growth close after adolescence, at 16-17 in most females and 18 in most males. After closure, you can not grow taller. There are no special meds, diets, exercises, that help. Hanging upside down also does not help (although we've been asked multiple times) ...Read more

I am 17 years & 8 months old, my height is 5'1.Please tell me way to increase height. I will be gratefull to you.
May be too late but:
I am sorry to tell you that most men stop growing around age 18- but occasionally some will grow until age 21 or so. Taking measures to increase your production of growth hormone might help, but if your growth plates have closed (like most 17 2/3 yo's)then you've reached your max.

I'm a 19yr old female, 5`7, 115l, is there a way I can increase height by a few inches? I'm totally desperate to know if I can manipulate my cartilage
Unlikely: Cartilage has little to do with height as most have standard amounts. The major driver for height originates in the long bones of the body, primarily the legs. When the growth centers of the legs have quit making new bone, as would be expected by 19 in a female, you are done. Postural manipulation or stretching can give a temporary boost, but fades quickly. ...Read more
I am 21 years old my height is 64 inches. I want to increse my height are there any HGH medicines to help me. I want to increase height by any method?
Too late: By age 21 years it is too late to use hormones to increase your height because your growth plates on your long bones are closed. The only thing that might work would be surgery to increase the length of your leg bones. I am not even sure if that will work at your age. You can see an orthopedic surgeon for a consult. ...Read more

Reg Excercize & Food: If you have regular me natural cycles then your chances of increasing height has diminished. However, I do not think a special diet will help increase height.
