St Johns & 5htp: Avoid using both St Johns Wort and 5htp. Usually taking prescription SSRIs in combo and some other psychotropic medications can cause that so following close care by doctor is needed. Try to find a naturopath. Benefiber may be: easier to take. The powder in a can format is easier and cheaper than capsules and you'll get a larger dose which which will help make you regular. No, but similar vits: Autrin 600 is iron in the form of ferrous fumarate with vit c, e, B12 and folic acid. I had never heard of it. It looks like it is sold in mexico and other countries but not the us. However, many similar products are available in the us.
