Probably not: Time will heal you. Cool water will relieve pain. Emollient such as vaseline or Aquaphor will help. Even better, certain membranes such as bioclussive are excellent for this. Likely an allergy: Based on the description you give i would think this is an allergic reaction to one of the components in nyquil. The various nyquil products contain any one or more of about 7 different medicines so it may be a challenge figuring out what caused the reaction.
