Not so with Stevia: No. A study I found (http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0195666310000826) showed that with Stevia, there was no craving. Processed foods from the store that say "naturally sweetened with juice" and use grape juice (or another juice) are bad like products using sucrose.
