Energy drinks: Almost all energy drinks, even the sugar free ones have all kinds of ingredients. I wouldn't worry about staining. I would worry about the acids in them that can contribute to tooth decay. I would also worry about all those 'extra' & unnecessary ingredients as well as why you need extra energy from a drink? I believe it is wise to minimize sugars and simple starches, but i believe a diet with whole grains, vegetables, fruit and low-fat proteins is healthier than a strict low carb diet (which is relatively high in fat and protein). I think you are: Asking about a low carb diet. Please check w/professional to make sure this is a good food plan for you. Meat and diary are high protein food sources.
