Whole breads: Have you tried health food stores or organic stores? There should be some in your area, i hope. Also, worst case scenario - try on-line retailers such as amazon or other food stores. So far as i can tell: there is no current good evidence sweeteners cause cancer, but there are a handful of people who do not tolerate these fake sugars. Not so with Stevia: No. A study I found (http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0195666310000826) showed that with Stevia, there was no craving. First off its just about impossible alto "cut out" all sugar, because all carbohydrates break down to sugar and a carbo FREE diet will make you feel very weak and tired.
