May have infection: Can't tell you of the clitoral thing but "urgency" to urinate is a possible sign of an infection of the bladder. You could just up your H2O intake for 1-2 days & be vigilant of symptoms. Maybe add in some TRUE cranberry juice (unsweetened) and see what happens. If things worsen, need to get testing. It appears that yr daughter has overactive bladder without incontinence, in which case she would be leaking also. It may be psychological or stress related but some medical conditions like bladder infection, stone etc need to be ruled out. It could be transient, but if persists,
