Ear pain: Hello, i find it unlikely that your ear pain is coming from vasomotor rhinitis or sinusitis. Do you have pain to touch or pull on your outer ear? If so, you probably have otitis externa, a deeper pain may be an otitis media however that would be accompanied with a fever and you being ill. It may be a referred pain from your jaw.
