Kind of work?: could this pain be related to your work or some type of habit that you have not mentioned. Do you do some kind of martial arts or extreme type of exercise that could strain the arm muscle. to make this hurt like this requires some trauma or muscle activity. Strain? Nerve pain? : You could have a muscle strain, or irritation to a nerve, perhaps originating in the neck. Need more information.
