Had ring worm on scalp as a kid. Left a bald spot top corner of head. Mole on spot was brown now pink. Hurts to touch and sometimes shooting pain.

Possible ulcer: The dots are almost certainly on the cornea - the window at the front of the eye that your lense rests upon. The iris is inside. These dots if new, could be sites of corneal ulceration - a focal infection under the contact lense.
