Tendonitis: You more than likely have tendonitis if both elbows are hurting. In your daily workouts try to avoid (for a couple of weeks) weights that involve holding free or universal wts. Try to avoid using a "power grip". Work out your legs for awhile and do some cardio. Let your elbows rest and try an anti inflammatory (ibuprofen) medicine.
