Gastroenteritis?: If this gets much worse get to a doctor and be evaluated. If diarrhea begins along with vomiting stay well hydrated and if you cannot, get to an ER. If the fever becomes worse go and get seen. In short, not enuf info to make a definitive recommendation, but this sounds as if it is any worse you should definitely be seen. GERD: Many antibiotics do come in injectable forms. However, if your heartburn is that severe, I would encourage you to speak with your provider. If not already done, you would benefit from an upper endoscopy to see what's going on in the upper GI tract. You might also need twice daily PPI for a period of time.
