Unlikely: A disc herniation could cause sudden neck pain & pain may cause nausea & vomiting but not eye pain. A headache up back of head could be from the cervical muscles being stimulated to involuntary contract leading to muscular or tension like headache . I would also be concerned about vascular issue of one of blood vessels leading into the brain such as the carotid or vertebral arteries so see doctor. ...Read more

Call your OB doc: Do not be shy , call your OB doc he or she may want you to be evaluated to r/o anything strange so call him or her now, if it turns out to be just muscular message heat- cold packs can help but must make sure no other problems and if the pain is bad enough , you may want to be induced at 39 weeks, if i was your OB doc would definitely offer you that option, easy safe, and works 99% of time to get. ...Read more

Lo of possibilities: You may have many different things causing this, but if you have chest pain with shortness of breath and pain up into neck I would seek medical attention as this may be your heart, despite being on your right side. Women are notorious for having atypical symptoms for heart disease. The loss of voice does not fit, but the rest is concerning for a cardiac cause to be ruled out first and foremost. ...Read more
