B-blocker not reason: Constellation of symptoms consistent with migraine headaches. If b-blockers were started then, stopped these symptoms wouldn't be expected to have persisted. There are also metabolic reasons for migraine headaches such as low thyroid or low cortisol function. Labs done? Why beta blocker?: Beta blocker itself very unlikely to cause this. Why did you take it (that is the underlying illness)? You may be having more symptoms from your underlying illness. If all tests negative then consider stress, but only after tests done. Classify "distorted" vision better.
