Red oozing bumps: You may have hand dermatitis which is a form of excema. It is made worse by washing your hands alot. You need to see a dermatologist to see if I am right and to have it treated with prescriptions creams. I cannot speculate on your other spots, unless you shower alot with a harsh soaop and do not use a moisturizer. You could also have folliculitis if some of the bumps look like pimples. ...Read more

Cold compresses: Sorry to hear. Apply cold compresses to the area. After about 20-30 minutes, check the blisters to see if they are getting worse. It sounds like a second degree burn. Get topical silvadene (silver sulfadiazine) and apply to blisters and dress it with sterile dressing. Deroofing blisters may need a doctor to examine first. Hope this helps. ...Read more

Under 2 weeks: IT Is normal for the areas to blister become darker and look almost like bloody blisters, In the course of a week they will darken dry and in most cases peel off. It can take a solid 2 weeks for the areas to clear. Just keep them clean and don't pick at them ...Read more

Need more details: But given what you have said, i suspect she was working outside with gloves on, and now has a spot where there was a hole in the glove and the spot itches. With those assumptions, i would suspect contact dermatitis, perhaps something like poison ivy or poison oak. ...Read more
