Red oozing bumps: You may have hand dermatitis which is a form of excema. It is made worse by washing your hands alot. You need to see a dermatologist to see if I am right and to have it treated with prescriptions creams. I cannot speculate on your other spots, unless you shower alot with a harsh soaop and do not use a moisturizer. You could also have folliculitis if some of the bumps look like pimples. ...Read more
