Panic: Fear or panic leads to release of adrenaline which causes fight-flight response, leading to rapid heart rate, rapid breathing & sweating. Rapid breathing causes drop in carbon dioxide in lungs then blood, which leads to shifts in blood ph (hydrogen ion concentration) leading to dizziness. Need more info: intracranial hypertension headache can be of pressure quality with vision changes, but to state with more certainty that it's this type of headache need more clinical history such as headache worsening during sneezing, straining, laying down and bending down and better with being upright, optic discs exam showing papilledema, loss of peripheral vision fields, LP with high opening pressure etc ...Read more
