Hello Doctor, Since few days I have some head vertigo and spot headache during the day on the entire head and sometimes my vision gets blurry.
Needs to be checked:

I did a 20 min intense workout today 11:45-12:30 and after about 1 hour I experienced a blurry vision spot and wasn't able to focus on reading for about 25 minutes. Blood preasure was 137/68 with 81 pulse. Any ideas on cause or steps I should take?

Bruise?: This sounds like a subconjuctival hemorrhage, which is essentially a bruise on the whites of the eyes. This may cause some dryness and lead to fluctuating vision. Guarded Prognosis: Pain and red eye usually aren't associated with retinal detachment unless it is chronic or unless the eye has inflammation and the detachment is caused by a fluid build-up instead of a hole. Given your history there are other things that can dim vision, such as a blocked vessel. You should be carefully evaluated by a retina specialist to optimize your chances of recovery.
