Not Uncommon: You could have a bruise from the injection of Heparin (to prevent blood clots) or from insertion or manipulation of the trocars used during the surgery. Alternatively, it could represent a little bit of oozing at the skin closure from the trocar sites. Most of the time this will go away in a week or so by itself. Maybe.: If they are regular, generic bruises, they were caused by the needles piercing a small vein on their way in or out.
