Food allergy: The diagnosis of food allergy requires the presence of allergic antibody (ige) either detected by blood testing (rast) or skin testing and a history of reproducible symptoms following each ingestion. Sorbitol is too small a chemical to trigger ige production however, if symptoms occur every time you consume it, then you have an intolerance to sorbitol. Avoidance is the treatment for both condition.
Sorbitol is sweet: I am not sure what the question is but sorbitol is an artifical sweetener. It would not be helpful in whitening your teeth, just making the toothpaste taste better. Most whitening toothpastes use an abrasive to whiten teeth.
Sorbitol soap: You should contact a family member or friend in India to find out. The pharmacies in the USA are unlikely to know.

It causes bloating and diarrhea in some. Sugar free foods are not calorie free and often contain more fat to make them taste better.
Sorbitol: Sorbitol is found in fruits and also is added to gum. It is a simple and safe product even if you have diabetes. That said, if you do have diabetes and take sorbitol there might be a slight increase in your blood sugar. You should be able to take care of that. Depends upon the dos: The timing is very much dose driven. A small amount of sorbitol may have no effect, while a larger dose may have a laxative effect within an hour or two.
Sorbitol and xylitol: are types of sugar that don't promote tooth decay. Aspartame is a sweet tasting food protein that is used as a sugar substitute. All three are normal food substances and your body metabolizes (burns) them just as it does all other foods. They are not dangerous and don't need to be flushed away. You're OK and don't need to worry about them.
Fast enough: Some of my teammates will disagree, but i'm unimpressed with the much-touted dangers of these three sweeteners. Some folks do seem allergic to aspertame. If you want to believe the scare stories and still eat sweet stuff while avoiding refined sugar and corn syrup, rediscover natural fresh fruit. Especially, don't let anybody sell you a "purge" to rid of you of past artificial sweeteners.
I am allergic to sorbitol, an ingredient in nearly every gum today. Is there any regular sugar gum out there?
Yes: Although you may have gastric problems with sorbitol or other synthetic sugars, I am not sure you are allergic. Many people have gas and diarrhea with these sugars. If i remember big red has only natural sugars.

Try this: Brush and floss without any toothpaste before breakfast. Then 15 minutes to 30 minutes after eating breakfast, brush and floss with the toothpaste of your choice. If you can't find a toothpaste that you like, don't use toothpaste. It is not a necessary ingredient to keeping your teeth clean and healthy. No: I am not aware of any studies showing a benefit to your teeth from chewing gum with sorbitol. However there are numerous studies that show benefits to your teeth from chewing gum with xylitol.
