I have a small submental lymph node enlargement just below my chin.I am 25 male.Sexually active.I have running nose since 13 years old. Is it aids?

I agree: I agree with the other doctors' answers. The lymph node is unlikely to be from hiv. However, the fact that you have the thought "could this be aids" means you really should be an HIV test. The HIV test is recommended now for everyone, especially if you have risk factors for getting hiv. Found early, treating HIV can prevent so many problems. ...Read more

I hv a submental lymph node swelling under my chin of size 1cm. Also have 3 big pimples on chin which i popped. Is this HIV or infection of pimmples?

Lymph node swelling: Lymph nodes are part of our body's janitorial service (process badness & drain away if possible or try to contain it in the node). Subsegmental means it may be too far away for bronchoscopy or CT-guided biopsy. TTYD ...Read more
