Daily better: What i would suggest is something i call 30/100 walking / 30 min of nonstop non task related walking daily with 100 counted steps backwards as part of the program can do indoors if weather is poor where you walk and how far is not important but you need to shoot for 30 min non stop at a reasonable pace / give it a try the price is right good luck. ...Read more
