Unclear: You may well have a viral illness and needs treatment as such. The symptoms are worse after you run. How long?: If these have been present for months or years, you likely have an allergic condition. If they have been present for less than a week, it is likely from a cold. See ENT: It is unusual for fluticasone to cause dryness in the nose. You need to make sure that you are aiming the spray towards the lateral side of the nose and not straight in.
