I am experiencing severe back pain, vomiting, blood or red colored urine, headache, extremely painful urination, sudden stop of urine flow, and a foul urine smell. Ideas? Doc says uti but seems super bad, and I just feel sick

You most likely have urinary tract infection:this is treatable. If you don't have a doctor visit a local drug store and have them give you antibiotic.
As for vaginal odor & painful sex, you have vaginal inf.
