I am a 23 year old female. I was wondering if it was normal for my urine stream to be very strong?
Not necessarily: As long as you have no burning when urinating or have red color (blood?) or other dark color or frequency of urination I see no need to be overly concerned. I am a woman. Strong urine smell, occasional burning in vagina (not strong), vagina always has a smell, and sex is painful.
You most likely have urinary tract infection:this is treatable. If you don't have a doctor visit a local drug store and have them give you antibiotic.
As for vaginal odor & painful sex, you have vaginal inf.
(at same drug store let them give you anti-fungal cream
