I had a positive ANA test and many symptoms of Lupus. I have several old tests that show WBC/RBC, protien, in urine. ANA is neg now but still symptoms?
Follow it for now: Lab results may be in error, especially with the ANA, but in lupus there's almost always a high one at some time. Need more info: It may mean nothing or it may be significant. You need 24 hour urine collections to quantitate to amount of protein excreted as well as a precise measurement of kidney function. Sle pt w/ flare in july. Hosp. Had dark brown urine but dr said kidneys ok. Recently GFR is 43. Could this be from plaquenil/cellcept/pred or lupus?

Many issues: CRP is measured in mg/dL and hsCRP is measured in mg/L. if the later is converted to CRP, the two values would be 0.4 and 0.8 and that is not that great a difference. K/L ratio of 1.5 is normal. The autoimmune disorders you mentioned may have an oligoclonal pattern and could result in monoclonal lambda chain in urine, without there being any cancer.
