U need steroid cream: Prescription strength 01% Betamethasone or kenalog (triamcinolone) creams are worth trying. Should be applied to the tight portion of foreskin whilst rettracting the shaft skin. Return foreskin back over the penile glans to avoid a tight ring of foreskin which could cause parphimosis which can be difficult to reduce & then usually means a circumcision to prevent it happening again. Pull poreskin back as far as it will go comfotably & apply cream to narrow constrited area twice daily for as long as necessary. I have a short frenulum stopping me from retracting my foreskin when erect. Can this be remedied at home by gentle stretching?
I'm able to retract my foreskin easily when non-erect or 50% erect, 70%-somehow and painless, but can't when 100% erect. Is this curable with stretching?

Very minor office procedure under local anesthesia. There are white marks/growths around my frenar band and it's painful to retract foreskin over last couple months. Tried stretching foreskin but it's now sorer.Surgery is not an option. Help!
Possible phimosis: White marks/growths near the frenulum are concerning and should be investigated. 'Phimosis' is a condition where retraction of foreskin is not possible. Sensible way!: Foreskin can stretch provided the opening isn't scarred. Prescription strength steroid cream, such as 0.1% Betamethasone can be applied to tight portion of foreskin whilst pulling back on skin. Always return skin back over glans to avoid paraphhimosis, where tight foreskin is stuck behind glans.
