Stress effects?: You used "very" twice, so it sounds like your stress is extra high. You don't mention a headache. Tension or stress headaches are common. Do not ignore: Most likely infection and not cancer. However, could be lymphoma. Also, there are higher rates of throat/tonsil cancer with neck lymph nodes in young people who don't smoke due to HPV infection. However, remember this is most likely an infection.
