Antidepressants??: From your description, it appears that you have stopped or ran out of an ssri ( antidepressant/anxiety modulator medications)... These are common symptoms in that situation. Maybe, anxiety too: Gerd can cause a symptom of pain (often burning or sharp) that can be substernal or felt in the upper abdomen/back. Nausea and sweating can be associated also.
