i have a sore thorat with a yellow blister can it be strep throat?

Possibly

Diphtheria
A sore throat with a yellow blister type lesion could be Strep, other bacteria, a viral infection, or tonsillolith (tonsil stone). Hard to say. If it hurts badly or doesn't go away in a couple of days, get it checked out.

Do you think I should see a doctor if I have a soar throat with no symptoms of strep throat?

Strep throat sxs

Neck-throat
Sxs of strep throat can include: pain of throat; large, red tonsils with white exudates; small red dots on roof of the mouth; swollen lymph nodes on neck; fever, headache, rash, difficulty swallowing, fatigue or rash. If you just have a mild sore throat with none of the above - it is more likely that you have a viral infection & may not need a med eval.

If

If you have been exposed to someone with strep throat, then you should be evaluated and treated. Untreated strep throat can have other more serious complications. You should be evaluated. There are several urgent cares available that have generous policies for patients without insurance. Call around and see if you can find an option that you can afford.

I have Strep throat at least three times a year plus many sore throats. The ER doctors say I should have my tonsils removed,is it safe as an adult?

See own doc

Adenoidectomy
Decisions on whether you need surgical intervention for a chronic problem should not be coming fro an ER doc. You need to discuss this with a primary care doctor or with an ENT doctor for your particular case of recurrent throat infections. While the surgery is generally safe, there can always be complications from bleeding, infection, anesthesia. That's why you need to talk to your personal doc!

Dr. Michael E. Ein answered:

Will strep throat go away without treatment? What happens if I don't get treatment for strep throat, or don't finish my antibiotics? .

See below

Neck-throat
A strep throat will usually resolve without treatment but failing to take appropriate antibiotics can permit complications to occur such as a retropharyngeal abscess or septic thrombophlebitis of the neck veins. Failure to take a full course of antibiotics, usually 10 days can allow non infectious sequella ie. rheumatic fever or post-streptococcal glomerulonephritis to occur.

Dr. Laura McMullen answered:

Hello, my son has strep throat and I wanted to treat it without antibiotics. He's 3 and were on our 4th day of strep and with natural treatment he has not gotten worse, or better. I have an appt. tomorrow morning with his pediatrician.

Since

Since it has been 4 days, you have probably seen his pediatrician by now. Hopefully, he is on treatment. Just for future reference, anyone with strep should be treated with antibiotics. Even though 90% of people with a strep throat infection will get better on their own, 10% of those people (usually kids) will go on to develop rheumatic fever - a serious complication of strep. 40% of those folks will go on to have inflammation of the heart and permanent damage to the valves. Luckily, we rarely see this anymore because most strep is treated with antibiotics before it gets to this point, but before antibiotics, this was a common occurance and many kids died. For that reason, I cannot recommend "natural" treatments for strep since they put your child at risk for permanent and serious heart damage.

My family member is now on antibiotic treatment for strep throat infection. Is there still a possibility to have complications even if treated early ?

Anything is possible

Neck-throat
when you have an infection, your immune system is activated. Sometimes your immune system can actually attack your own body. This is called "autoimmune disease". Being on antibiotics (for a bacterial infection) can lessen your chances of an abnormal immune system response.
