Yes and no: Exercise can lead to weight loss, dramatic weight loss can lead to "saggy skin" as you put it. On the other hand, exercises can tend to tone muscles and enlarge muscles which can have the opposite affect. Is the issue acute?: If the pain issue is acute, then 4 aleve (naproxen) / Naproxen for a one or two days is probably ok. But the label recommends one every 12 hours. So if it is chronic, i wouldn't risk stomach and other issues by going "off label." it's your stomach not the doc's that will have the issue.
