Yes and no: Exercise can lead to weight loss, dramatic weight loss can lead to "saggy skin" as you put it. On the other hand, exercises can tend to tone muscles and enlarge muscles which can have the opposite affect. Is the issue acute?: If the pain issue is acute, then 4 aleve / Naproxen for a one or two days is probably ok. But the label recommends one every 12 hours. So if it is chronic, i wouldn't risk stomach and other issues by going "off label." it's your stomach not the doc's that will have the issue. Sounds good already: Depending on your build and height, 156 lbs actually is good considering the current obesity in us. So if you are 5ft6 or 6ft7, you are just a few lbs above ideal, but remember that muscle is heavier than fat. Being plump and active is better than nl wt and a couch potato.
