Is the issue acute?: If the pain issue is acute, then 4 aleve (naproxen) / Naproxen for a one or two days is probably ok. But the label recommends one every 12 hours. So if it is chronic, i wouldn't risk stomach and other issues by going "off label." it's your stomach not the doc's that will have the issue. Frankly, i would reduce my exercise regime and use less meds. ...Read more
