See PCP first.: Strattera (atomoxetine) is a medication used for add/adhd. The exact mechanism is not known about how it actually works but has a calming effect from they hyperactivity of adhd. Take at night?: I guess your choices are to lower your dose or start taking it at bedtime. Often times, patients get used to the side effects over time. No: With this combination, you could cause yourself increased anxiety, shakiness, tachycardia, increased bp, etc -- all the symptoms of having too much stimulation from the combination of norepinephrine and caffeine. Why would you?: I presume that when you first started taking straterra, you didn't start at 100 mgs, right? I bet your dr. Started on a lower dose and then gradually increased the dose. He or she did that to decrease chances of side effects, I'm sure. As such, starting on 100 mgs (the strongest available dose) would seem like you would run the risk of developing side effects.
