Mgt: Masks that are a little softer and more malleable allow the mask to form fit to the face. I would suggest asking your PCP to order one from a local supplier. In the meantime, the mask that you have can be adjusted as best you can. ...Read more

Follow-up study: If you haven't already done so, consider getting another sleep study done with the CPAP machine in place. The study will show if the machine is properly treating your specific situation, and confirm that you are no longer experiencing apnea. Many people immediately feel more rested. Under a month.: You certainly need mask with ahi of 59. Most people do not keep the mask on as long so congrats. Sounds like you are dialed in. You should be able to catch up on your sleep and feel better in the next month. Give it time. It takes awhile to work off your sleep debt. ...Read more
