Talk to your doctor: If you were off Coumadin (warfarin) for a week, the bleeding should not be related to the drug. Coumadin (warfarin) goes away in 3-5 days. Until you deliver you can hold off surgery, fortunately gravid uterus pushes the guts away and less chance of getting incarcirated, but need constant observation till you deliver.
