My age is 21 and my legs are slightly inwards can i straight through exercise. I don,t want to consume medicine. At the same time i can,t afford surgery. So, if there is any solution kindly provide me.

Yes and no: I doubt you have true locking. The most likely "locking" you are experiencing is related to patella tracking. Your knee cap is sub optimally moving in its track/groove.
