Both : Both are steriod inhalers. They are different steriods. Azmacort (triamcinolone), (triamcinolone) an old formulation, has an attached tube that acts like an aerochamber while Flovent can come as a diskus which is breath activated-ie- you need to inhale the medication and it is dependent on how you inhale or in an hfa formulation which has a propellent to push the medication out.
