Likely not but: It depends on where the bump is and whether he had any other signs of concern for a closed head injury with possible brain injury (too much to talk about here) . Probably: 86 is a normal blood sugar. You are on glucophage (metformin) for PCOS which is also used to treat diabetes and thus could be blunting your blood sugar rise after a meal. Exercise also lowers blood sugar. Low blood sugar is below 80 but you may not symptoms until BS below 40. Your initial symptoms may be hunger. ...Read more
