Usually benign: It's hard to make an exact diagnosis based purely on description but several things come to mind. Usually, this is benign & self limited (meaning it'll go away on its own). But, if not then, it merits workup by a neurologist so tests can be run. Diagnoses such as dystonia, metabolic imbalances, & even epilepsy are possible. Write me for a consult if you'd like: www. No it's not norm: But neither is the context in which it is occurring. Respect your body.
