I was on vacation in turks and caicos and got what i though was chigger bites. I have been back since the 9th and the itching is as bad as ever. I have about 50 bites. Any suggestions I'm going crazy?
I think I have chiggers. Woke up yesterday with them. Itching like crazy. But today I got home from work and found smaller. Do they spread?

Can you take anything with diphenhydramine in it to get rid of chiggers or do you prefer Benadryl to take? This itching is driving me crazy.
