Inexact term: You are right, "excessive" is not a medical term and is too vague to be helpful. I suggest anyway that crossfit is more intense than ideal for ttc. There are many healthy, fun exercise programs you can do while ttc; crossfit and 'boot camp' type programs may be a little much. Just an opinion. ...Read more

I would love that :): Most men are done with vertical growth by about 20..Some may stop a bit earlier and some later, but my guess would be around 20. Unfortunately, we continue to grow sideway persistently into oldage. If stretching can increase height, i would be doing it every day. Twitching of muscle: You have potentially compressed a nerve in your back during one the poses. Apply heat and ice alternating 20 minutes on and 40 minutes off ( that is using ice one hour, then heat the next hour) to the area of your spine where you feel the twitching.
