I m constantly having dark brown stool and slight pain and hardness around belly button and i also feel pulsation and bloating when pressed?
See a doctor: the pulsating thing worry me . if you are super skinny then do not worry too much abou it, but if you are not and still feel pulasting mass see a doctor. your dark stool reflect what you eat ,drink more water and juices, and eat more fruit and vegetable and less meat and spices you will see a differences in your stool. if not a doctor might have to do endoscopy to rule out ulcer,or gastritis. ...Read more

No other disease?: Each person with constipation needs to be sure there is no other disease causing it. If constipation is just due to slow movement of the food and poop through the gut, then the things to try are vegetables, water, prune juice, prunes, fiber+water, Miralax, (polyethylene glycol) Senokot or other senna, milk of magnesia, other laxatives... Diet, blood: Stool will vary from light to dark depending upon the diet. Diets rich is red meat for instance will darken the stool color. If there is GI bleeding then the stool may become black. Bile: The greenish color in stool is the breakdown product of the bile when it has not been in the gut long enough to go through a change to yellowish or brown.
